Pastor Elbert is a native Kentuckian. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, Concordia Seminary, the United States Air Force Squadron Officer School, and the Air University’s Air Command and Staff Training College. Tom has also served in pastoral ministry in Oklahoma, and in military chaplaincy around the globe until retiring in 2016 after nearly 30 years of service.
